DATA –

THE PRODUCT MEASUREMENTS STATED ON THIS WEBSITE ARE APPROXIMATE. Illustrations, weights and measurements supplied by Abbey Trading are statements of opinion and are provided for information only and form no part of the contract.

 

SHIPPING –

Orders are usually shipped within 1 day of receipt. Stocking orders within 3 days. Shipping is free for all orders over $300 in the states of AZ, CA, CO, NM, NV, OR, UT, and WA. All other states free shipping over $500. No free freight on drop ship orders.

TERMS OF PAYMENT –

Net 30 days, F.O.B. San Leandro, California with approved credit. Customers wishing to establish a line of credit must complete the business credit application furnished by Abbey Trading. If Abbey Trading is not able to establish credit, full payment must be received before any orders can be processed. Payment may be made via check, money order, COD, or VISA/MASTERCARD.

Company reserves the right to charge 2% interest per month on overdue accounts. All goods remain the property of Abbey Trading until paid in full by the customer. Abbey Trading reserves the right to revoke net terms at any time.

RETURN POLICY –

Abbey Trading will replace all defective products free of charge if the item is available. Otherwise a full credit will be issued. Please contact customer service for an RGA number. All other returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns (including all parts & fasteners) are accepted within 60 days in original packaging and are subject to the restocking fee.

INVOICE/ORDER DESCREPANCIES

Any invoice and order discrepancies must be settled within 30 days of invoice date.

LIABLITY –

No liability Is accepted for any direct or indirect costs, damages or expenses relating to damage to property or injury or loss to any person, firm, or company for any loss of profits or production arising out of or occasioned by any defect in or failure of goods, materials or parts thereof supplied by us.
